American Flag - XL Butcher Block
WOW! This American Flag Butcher Block cutting board adds both beauty and patriotism wherever it is displayed or used.
This edge grained board is made of solid Maple (white stripes), Padauk (red stripes), and Purple Heart (Union/Star section). Each star is carved out of solid Maple and inlayed into the Purple Heart creating an amazing finished look. There are no stains, colorants, or paints used; just the wood's natural color. A lot of time, effort, and detail goes into each one of these custom crafted boards and will be something that can used for generations. A perfect gift for any current or former member of our awesome military. Truly a must have for every American!
This is one of the more complicated cutting board designs to pull off. There are multiple skills needed to master in order to create one of these boards - edge grain glue-ups, planing, routing, sanding, building in perfectly square sections, and the engraving process of CNC inlay to name a few!

Customize your product with a personalized engraving! Add initials, names, logos, messages, etc. If you select this option, please add as much detail in the text field describing what you would like engraved and where you would like it on your product. Options are pretty much endless, so get creative!
NOTE: If you select an engraving, it will be on the same side of the board as the stars unless specified otherwise.
All boards come round router edged, sanded with 400 grit paper, and have 3 applications of food grade mineral/walnut oil. Wood grain and color may vary slightly from picture.
