About DB Timberworks, LLC
DB Timberworks opened its “virtual” doors in 2021. Founded by 18 year old Danny Berthoud, DB Timberworks creates custom wood cutting boards, charcuterie boards, Adirondack furniture, engraved wooden signs, and other creative items. Each product is 100% custom & handmade in Danny’s woodshop near Minneapolis.
Danny’s passion for carpentry started as a toddler watching "Bob the Builder!" He has expanded his skills as a result of his high school project based learning (PBL) classes at Groves Academy. Groves Academy is Minnesota’s leading independent school for students with learning differences like dyslexia. In an effort to help others experience the benefits of this type of learning environment, Danny will be donating a portion of his proceeds to the school’s annual fundraiser.
Since starting DB Timberworks, Danny has created 400+ custom made products! He is currently attending Hennepin Technical College studying Carpentry & Woodworking Technology.
